Difficulty in locating fillable standard forms. I haven't been able to figure out how to "uncheck" or u"un-cross" out a box, it erases the entire box.

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Everything thing in this app is easily navigated, you are able to save documents to revise later. A big pro for me is when you send a PDF, say as soon as you hit send, you are like "oh my goodness I forget a important part"
You can go into that sent email and revise or add on. As long as the recipient has not opened it yet.
Im not fond of the code to open the PDF you have sent, expires for them. I'm still rather new to this so I plan on leaving another review once I figure out ALL the kinks of the app

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. I needed to use the service for an application
I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.
