I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

Does way better than I expected
Works way better than any other ones I have tried. Will not use anything else. Allows me to make changes to any document I have scanned in so far.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

I 'm impressed. I had issues with som scanned dok. with Adobe PDF. Adobe couldn't edit PDF but pdf Filler did it. If not, I would have a lost a whole hour work. Maybe more because the scanned doc. are not in my possession anymore. Thanks pdfFiller. I will buy it at the end my trial.

I am able to create, share and store my resumes. It's so easy to use the online editor.

It can be tricky to move words on the pages.

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!
