I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

So far, so good, I signed up for a subscription to do the 1099 forms, for my sons company. I will be filling them with the IRS thru this service also, so I will see how that goes.

customer service excellent. removed one star for irritating Watermark and Filler buttons right next to the page scroll bar … way too easy to accidently add them … hence the need to contact support

First time trying this app/website. So far it has worked perfectly for what I needed it to do. So only time will tell in order for me to find out if it'll work good for any other different edits I may need in the future. Only downside so far is when I first used it I just used it on their website and after I finished my first edit I went and searched pdffiller in the app store and I downloaded the app and I started my second edit thru the app. I noticed that when editing in/thru the app I didn't have at least 1 of the features that I had/used when I was doing my first edit so I ended up closing the app and finishing my second edit thru their website bcos the main reason I needed an edit document app was so that I could delete the pages from a few documents that werent needed to shorten the document itself and in the app it wouldn't let me delete any of the pages. The only option the app would give me that had to do with the pages was if I wanted to change the order the pages were originally in then I could choose what order I wanted the pages in but there wasn't any delete pages option but other then that I love pdffiller so far! Although I really wish/think the account subscription price in order to actually use the app should be cheaper. Which for the cheapest/bare minimum options they give you is $8 monthly which I think is expensive considering. I personally think it should be at the most $4 monthly. Or have an option where it's $2 monthly and then depending on how often you use it and what you have to use it for, then there should be a small $.75¢ - $2.00 charge/fee depending on what you'll be editing and how many tools you'll be using and then that should be how the company decides how much to charge per edit and then the customer can decide what exactly they want to do for edits and what they don't etc. I don't know I just think $8 monthly is really high especially for someone like me that will likely only use it a couple times a year and I'd be more likely to keep the subscription and not just do the free trial if it was lower then $4 a month otherwise it's not worth it for me to keep the subscription after the 30 day free trial but that's just me personally

creating forms for small private practice overall it is a good product once you are accustomed to operating within its rules and time lapse with commands and follow through ease of using current document to edit and create form it is slow to react to commands or does not recognize or follow commands first time you ask or click

Great tool for PDF format It's good to have it and override feature added on Smaller storage, clearer version, can override it, often use PDF format due to easier for storage, while others take too much storages It's not free and commercialize product, so it can be personal use. It has limited features when it's not upgraded to an override version

The fastest way to get numbers into your document is to click the Numbering button on the Formatting toolbar. This button gives you either Word's default numbering scheme in your document (1, 2, 3) or the last numbering scheme used during this session of Word.
Bullets and Numbering is a paragraph level attribute that applies a bullet character or a numeral to the start of the paragraph. Applying a bullet is straightforward; numbering is a bit more complicated.
Position the cursor where you want to insert the number list. On the Home tab in the Ribbon, click the number list button, as shown at the top of the page. If successful, you should have a number one. Type any text and press Enter to start the next number in the numbered list.
Click the item that you want to be the first item in the new list. On the Format menu, click Bullets and Numbering, and then click the Numbered tab. Under List numbering, click Restart numbering.
The default start value for numbered lists is at number one (or the letter A).
By default, Word uses Arabic numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.) when you create numbered lists. However, you can change the numbers to a different type or to letters. The character after the number or letter can also be changed.
The quickest and simplest way is to type “1.” and then press the tab key on your keyboard. Word interprets this as a command to start a numbered list, and indents your text appropriately. Alternatively, you can go to the Home tab and click Numbering in the Paragraph group.
