I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. After I downloaded the program, I realized the price was going to be $19.99 a month. That seems pretty pricey. I am going to speak with finance and see what converter I can purchase. I am impressed with your application and customer service and will keep it in mind when making a decision.

I have been a short time user. I downloaded a document; tried to then sign it, which was ok, but when I downloaded it did not pick up the entire form; all preprinted matter on the form did not download to the email I sent.

I was dealing with California DMV forms and no where did it tell me to send our Florida Statutes showing the towing procedures for a private property tow. They rejected my pkg. & sent letter, delaying processing 2 mths. Very frustrating to say the least.

Perfect Software for Small Business
I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system.
Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images.
Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

Allows me to fill in pdf documents with computer so I don't have to print out and fill out manually. Not sure why text moves to next line below in some cases.

I like that it's easily to fill in pdfs and also create fillable pdfs.
I don't like that there aren't many support options available.

Who must sign a listing agreement?
A competent listing broker will sign the listing agreement and demand that anyone who has an interest in real estate as the owner sign the listing agreement. Obvious examples would include anyone of record as an owner of the property and likely are the people on the instrument of ownership, i.e., the deed.
