I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Now, we just work with this weeks form and it doesn't matter if they change the layout! Perfect- no more time wasting with forms!

It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.

The esign feature added to the searchable docs for literally anything from rental agreements to Notes is terrific. Everything I do is saved in my account.

This is a great program
This is a great program. If i didn't have a similiar program as part of a package, i would have kept it. Definitely recommending to friends looking for a user friendly and affordable program though. Thanks again!

Can you look up permits on a house?
Looking up Old Permits If you would like to learn more about a house that you recently purchased, you can head to the records office and obtain copies of any building permits issued for the house. You only need to prove that you are the owner of the home, and you'll have access that all that information.
Are permits public record?
In the USA, all Building Permits are public record. Some information regarding the permit details might be available online, but the actual drawings are not typically posted.
Are Building permits a matter of public record?
What Are Your Rights to Municipal Public Records? A record is not a public record subject to disclosure if it is exempt from being disclosed under any Federal or State law, or regulation, or judicial order or decree. Right-To-Know Law. The Township is required to provide copies of approved building permits.
How can I find out if permits were pulled?
Once you know what has been added, you can determine if a permit was needed and if one was obtained. You can search for permits through the city's building department. Some offer online searches. If not, you will need to call or visit to verify the permits on your home.
Are building permits public record in Pennsylvania?
Zoning and building permit records are unquestionably a matter of public record. The state's new Right to Know Law starts out with the presumption that all government records are public records, unless the record is specifically exempt from disclosure under the law (there are 30 types of exemptions.)
