Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. If you view these loading screens closely, it actually hints at the location of a hidden letter that can be collected on the map. Head to that location, and collect the Letter to add it to your list.

Head to the top of the hill east of Lazy Lake, and you should be able to spot a bare patch of ground behind a rock. Approach it, and you'll reveal the Fortnite hidden letter in the loading screen for Week 1, as long as you've completed enough of the challenges already to unlock it.

Jump into any game mode of Fortnite's Battle Royale. You'll want to land just East of Lazy Lake, on a small ridge that overlooks the location. Look for a familiar empty patch of dirt in the ground, and the letter will pop up.
