It was pretty easy to use except when you hit the next tab it would take me to the text box to type but it would not allow me to type until I moved my mouse to that location and click. It would be easier if it would allow you to type in the box it moved you to so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the mouse. Also some boxes when completed there was not an option to click "next.

What do you like best?
The ability to modify; merge; create; add signature to any document. This program saved my day. Without it my work would be impossible.

I wish that I could add more than one page at a time.

pdfFiller makes everything look more professional! Wonderful platform with tools that made our forms and electronic documents highly professional. Program allowed us to create fillable checklist for employees to use on jobs. The connectivity to other platforms really helped make it a snap to upload and rework forms for maximum efficiency. We don't use it enough to maintain a constant subscription--would like a month by month subscription that could be turned on/ off as needed.

We were trying to print a government… We were trying to print a government form. It kept going to buy a package wjhich we already had. Kara was able to one time purchase the supream package so we could print and then she bot us back on the basic plan. She was very helpful. Thank you!!!

I don't usually leave reviews...Customer service is A+ I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.

Ask them to send your records to Kaiser Permanent Medical Records, 10220 SE Sunnyside Road, Clacks, OR 97015 or fax to 877-849-4116 or via email to nw-med-rec@kp.org.
If you have copies of your medical records, bring them to your first office visit. If you don't have copies of your records, no problem. You can print the Authorization to use and disclose protected health information to Kaiser Permanent (PDF) form, complete it, and give it to your previous primary care physician.
Personal request for medical records. Medical records for continuity of care. Radiology records. Mammography records.
Fill out an authorization form giving one medical provider permission to share your records with another. Mark on that form which types of records you want included. Pay any fees that result.
If you need help getting copies of your medical records, call our Member Services Contact Center at 1-800-464-4000 or 1-800-777-1370 (TTY). Receive care with respect and recognition of your dignity.
Physicians and hospitals are required by state law to maintain patient records for at least six years from the date of the patient's last visit. There different requirements for the records of minors and obstetrical records.
You can request copies of your radiology digital images such as an X-ray or a mammogram by contacting your Kaiser Permanent clinic. Or, call the Kaiser Permanent Radiology or Imaging Center where you had service; imaging centers are listed below.
Members or patients have the right to request paper copies, electronic copies on DVD, or downloadable electronic copies from a secure web portal. Kaiser Permanent uses CIO Health for medical record deliveries. Billing or delivery questions should be directed to CIO at 1-866-420-7455.
You can also request itemized billing: a list of the out-of-pocket costs you've paid for health care. To request these records, call Health Information Management Services. You will also need to fill out an Authorization To Use And Disclose Protected Health Information form (PDF).
Records will be available within 15 business days. If your record is not available within 15 days, we will let you know, and your record will be ready within 21 days from your original request. If the information requested does not exist or can't be found, we will let you know within 15 business days.
