With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

So far, so good. Nice feature that long ago MS in word offered something similar. If marketed correctly, it should be very successful - God willing.

it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

It is great to use for signing documents on the road with my phone, but i am concerned that the confirmation stamp is not widely accepted as a form of a signature.

Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!

Used to convert images into fillable forms for custom label making
We used this software to create a fillable form from an image, and ultimately the form was printed as a custom label. These labels were used for organizing incoming shipments of samples in a research lab. The online software was very convenient to use, since no downloads were required. The form was very easy and quick to create, and very easy to share once completed. A 10 minute solution has saved invaluable time in our lab.
My favorite feature was the ability to add custom fillable fields to an image. There were lots of options: text, drop-downs, radio buttons, etc. that you could customize and drop anywhere on the form that you wanted.
There was a bit of a learning curve to creating new forms and saving them. I wasn't sure where exactly to go to retrieve forms I had already started on. Once I got the hang of it, though., it was pretty easy to manage.

Can you unsecure a secured PDF file?
Choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it from the document.
How do I add a watermark to a secured PDF?
Step 1: Run PDF Watermark Tool and add PDF files to watermark.
Step 2: Enter text to insert as watermark.
Step 3: Select a new location to save the PDF file.
Step 4: Click on add watermark to PDF file.
