Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.

Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.

I moved across the country since I had my brochure designed and printed. Meanwhile Covid-19 restrictions gave me the extra push to go 100% virtual with my business. listen I appreciate your services and recommend it to anyone based on their ability to process a financial authorization and so I didn't want PDF-filler to be discouraged but I'm sensitive to express I have to revisit your advisory environment some time after the year is up!
