Initially, it was a bit confusing. However, after using the program a few times, I am delighted. I very much like the fact that I can take a printed form, scan it, and then fill it in and print it. The result is very professional looking. Still not sure how to change fonts.

I was sold on the ability to edit anything on the document easily with PDF filler. I have the latest copy of Nuance Power PDF Standard that I used to create an editable form and I could not figure out how to edit some of the fields on the PDF doc. (I believe the source PDF file may have been poorly designed for computer input.) Anyway, I find PDF filler very easy to use--no need to convert the document to a form--just start editing with the various tools. Neat!

Has saved a lot of time and running around as we are shift workers and not available at same time to sign and fill in papers. Easy to use and mobile app was handy for business.

What do you like best?
I can send as many documents out for signature as I want. No restrictions. I used to use Adobe, but they had a cap on the amount of documents you can send for signature. When I tried to get that upgraded, they had outlandish prices for this same service. With PDFfiller, I can send all the documents I want and I'm also able to save all of them securely.
What do you dislike?
I wish the PDF conversions didn't come out like pictures. When I convert a PDF to Word, it always comes into Word as a picture instead of being able to edit the document. As a recruiter, I receive a lot of resumes that need some work before we can submit them to clients. I still have to use Adobe for this function, so now I'm paying for two PDF programs. I can't just stay with Adobe though because of the above mentioned issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need eSignatures, this is the program to go with.

Remote onboarding is a breeze with PDFfiller. I am able to send HR documents to people across the country and still get them to work on time. I'm in VA and have to get employees to work in all states across the country, as well as oversees. We have to get documents to them for signature and faxing doesn't always work. With PDFfiller, we can send anyone any document and get it back fully signed by them. It's truly wonderful.

What do you like best?
I work in real estate, so being able to fill-in and complete pdf docs is part of the daily life.

Easy to fill forms!
This software is very easy to use, I'm able to fill forms we use over and over again. Adding signatures is simple and seamless.
Switching between pages. I'm used to rolling down with my mouse. I also noticed a bit of delays, but it might be our network connection.

Very speedy response time!
I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...

How are FIF contracts calculated?
The PTA is derived from the following formula: PTA = ((ceiling price target price/government (overrun) share ratio)) + target cost. As such, it can be manipulated by changing any of the formula's values. How does the FIF profit sharing formula work?
What is a FIF contract?
Fixed price incentive fee (FIF) contract. A type of contract where the buyer pays the seller a set amount (as defined by the contract), and the seller can earn an additional amount if the seller meets defined performance criteria.
What does FIF stand for?
The point of total assumption (PTA) is the point above which the seller effectively bears all the costs of a cost overrun on a fixed price 'incentive fee' (FIF or FBI) contract. The seller bears all the cost risk at PTA and beyond, due to a dollar for dollar decrease in its profits for costs in excess of the PTA.
What are cost type contracts?
A firm-fixed-price contract provides for a price that is not subject to any adjustment on the basis of the contractor's cost experience in performing the contract. This contract type places upon the contractor maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs and resulting profit or loss.
What is a fixed price incentive contract?
A fixed-price incentive contract is a fixed-price contract that provides for adjusting profit and establishing the final contract price by application of a formula based on the relationship of total final negotiated cost to total target cost.
What are incentive contracts?
Incentive Contract Law and Legal Definition. Incentive contracts are entered into when there is some uncertainty in the cost of work, particularly when a product is being built to unique specifications. What is range of incentive effectiveness?
