I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. I was limited because she had no internet, so I purchased a portable MIFI and once I realized that I could fax with PDFfiller, this eliminated the need to spend money on faxing & postage.

I have used the free trial twice. When I signed up for a $6 one month personal subscription I was billed $20USD. I have sent an email about this and hope to have it resolved.

Great for PDFs!
PDF filler is a great way for me to edit PDFs that clients send me. It is also very handy for finding my own PDFs that I need for a variety of reasons.
I love how useful this product is. It is also really easy to use once you get the hang of it. The database of forms they have to search and use is also incredibly helpful!
It can be a bit hard to use at first, especially if you aren't familiar with PDFs. I typically have to train an employee for about 30 minutes before they can really understand and use all of the features that PDFfiller provides.

I work with a lot of county documents that are locked for editing. PDFFiller makes it is so I can mark up and edit. This give me the ability to highlight and do take-offs with in the pdf. Thanks!

This is an absolutely AMAZING service
This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.

What do you like best?
Me gusta porque tiene funciones para fusionar, reordenar o añadir páginas. Tiene un costo asequible en comparación con otros programas similares. Me gusta también porque puede convertir archivos PDF en archivos rellenables de Word. Tiene un panel de administración intuitivo.
What do you dislike?
