Helpful, does what I need to do. The only reason I gave it four stars is because you can't see the comments unless you are online and sometimes I am traveling to places without wifi access so it would be nice to view my downloaded documents and see the comments I attached to them.

So far so good, I would have given it a 5, if downloading my edited documents weren't hidden behind a paywall, but hey, I get it, it is in our nature to capitalize on things where it is impossible to find a solution, few have the solution, so why give it away for free? But yeah, good software none the less.

Easy to use and one of the best software to use to sign documents. Also great when you need to edit pdf files.
There were some issues when I tried to fill documents online. Find that I have to download the document.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

How do I find the tax map identification number?
The Assessor's Identification No. can be found on the Annual Property Tax Bill or Supplemental Property Tax Bill in the shaded area toward the top of the bill. The AIN is the first 10-digits (#### ### ###) of the 15-digit number that appears there (#### ### ### XX XXX).
How do I find my tax map number?
It's also known as a parcel ID or a parcel number. Your map number is usually assigned and tracked by a county auditor or tax assessor. The easiest way to find the map number of your property is to use the property search function of your county auditor's website. Every property has a unique map number.
How do I find out my tax lot number?
Finding Property Tax ID Numbers Visit your local tax assessor's website and search for the property by its address or, in some cases, the owner's name. (You don't have to be the property owner to access this public information.) For some municipalities, you may also find this information on record at your courthouse.
What does tax map number mean?
A parcel number may contain all or part of the real estate's tax account number with the local property taxing authorities. The numbers represent the physical location of the property, such as town, county and street, on the maps the assessor uses for property tax purposes.
What is a tax map identifier?
The Assessor's Identification Number or AIN is the main indexing system used for property tax purposes. The AIN is a ten-digit number assigned to each piece of real property and is used on tax bills and correspondence to identify real property.
How do I find my block and parcel number?
The section number is obtained from the title block in the legend at the bottom of each section map, usually in the right corner. The block number is usually an encircled number and is placed on the map at about the center of the block.
What is a property ID number?
A PIC is a unique eight-character code assigned by Local Land Services to properties with livestock and placed into a district register. This system holds information identifying land including property names, locations and further details of the trading entity and PIC manager.
