I had trouble with saving files but I figured it out. The program comes with alot of different features and a webinar to see how it all works would be great.

Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

Great features, love the ruler that lets you type straight every line unlike Adobe Acrobat. I really like the compatibility with mobile phones to create your digital signature. Overall I was quite happy and impressed with the software. It would be great if the trial period was longer.

PDFfiller has exceeded my expectations.
I regularly have a need to complete and to apply signatures to PDF documents. PDFfiller is a real time-saver in that it eliminates the need to print a hard copy and then manually complete, sign, and scan the PDF documents. Also, the PDFs that it creates end up looking much tidier and more professional. As a bonus, the software saves and maintains a duplicate record of all my PDF papers.
I originally subscribed to PDF Filler, under urgent circumstances, simply to be able to apply a verified electronic signature to a single document. But I've been awed by how versatile and useful it is. I now use it almost weekly. As a business owner, PDFfiller has been a great value. I'd recommend it to anyone who has an occasional or even a regular need to edit and to apply signatures to PDF documents.
There's really nothing about PDFfiller that I don't like. This is highly unusual for me as I'm not the most tech-savvy person and I frequently end up frustrated with software.

Love this app very easy to use
Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

How do you count option period?
Since Paragraph 23, the Termination Option Paragraph, uses the word within when describing the time period, Day One of the option period is the day after the effective date of the contract. For example, if your client's effective date is January 22 with a 10-day option period, the option period will end on February 1.
Does the option period include weekends?

What happens during the option period?
Option Period is a number of days negotiated between the buyer and the seller. It occurs following execution of a purchase contract. The Option Period MUST be delivered to the seller within 3 days after the effective date of the contract, or you will lose your right to back out during the Option Period.
Do weekends count in real estate?
Unless the parties agree to the contrary in writing, all real estate contracts using NAMES forms will automatically count the number of days according to the following computation of time summary: Greater than 5 days — count ALL days. All periods must end on a Business Day — except that “possession” can be on a weekend.
What is an option fee?
In a real estate context, an option fee is money paid by a Buyer to a Seller for the option to terminate a real estate contract. Option fee funds should not be confused with earnest money. The use of option fees is most common in the residential resale market in Texas.
What happens when option period expires?
