With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It's pretty good, but I feel like it could be made better. I have to constantly click instead of just being able to tab to next area. Maybe I am overestimating coders and their abilities =P but thats my only issue.

What do you like best?
It's simple and easy. I can pull forms from the internet, email, my desktop, etc and fill them in for a professional look.
What do you dislike?
The printing process could be laid out a little more simply. It works well; but a little 'clumsy' vs smooth like printing in microsoft products.

It an efficient product that makes all documents/applications/etc look professional.

Completion of all business forms look professional. We've eliminated handwritten credit applications. It's efficient to create and especially for credit applications, we save the prior information there so easy to update.

Very helpful software
Very helpful software, particularly in conjunction with SignNow. Lots of flexibility and configurability. That plus the integrations found throughout the AirSlate suite make it a big value add.

We were trying to print a government…
We were trying to print a government form. It kept going to buy a package wjhich we already had. Kara was able to one time purchase the supream package so we could print and then she bot us back on the basic plan. She was very helpful. Thank you!!!

Very speedy response time!
I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...
