I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.

Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

So far seems great and 30 day trial is much better than competitions so I would recomend it for some basic PDF editing

Sign it!
In general is a very good option to fill and sign documents. I did not buy the paid version because I was in need at the moment and it worked perfect for me.
I like the easy to follow process of this software. You dont need to know how to use it. As soon as you start filling any document everything march along the way
I did not see any cons because I was able to resolve my needs with the free trial. I would hesitate to pay for this software if I need again.
