Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. Nice application for editing
Nice application for editing. Takes a bit of getting used to but plenty of form filling options.
Easy to download and share files.
Pricing is ok.

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing

The most impactful feature is being able to easily fill a PDF, download it, and send it to people.
I least like how hard it is to start a text box on a PDF.

The only feature I don't see (maybe I've missed it) that would be helpful is the ability to spilt a document.Otherwise, it's super easy to use.
