I like it....I didn't appreciate the automatic payment/sign up. I would have rather been notified that my trial was ending with the OPTION to renew or not renew rather than automatically being signed up.

Best one around I often have to sign documents or convert docs from one form to another. PDFfiller is reliable & trustworthy not to mention simple to use. I keep it on my bookmark bar! I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! Excellent customer service. Keep it up. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.
