I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

Before I got PDFfiller, I couldn't figure out how to add text to PDFs. I work for myself and am required to add information to certain PDFs. I am no longer struggling and frustrated. It is very easy to use and well worth the year's subscription.

Amazing customer support

This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

Thought I had cancelled my subscription…
Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.
