PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

Just getting use to this program
Just getting use to this program. Was having a hard time finding my form that I needed but I think I have it figured out now.

User Friendly
Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.

I had a billing issue and customer support identified my problem and solved it with ease, no hassle, and immediately. Just good customer support. That makes the entire experience worth it, and the product worth paying for in my opinion.

The software could use some updating. It is not the easiest to edit the document. The app also kept crashing on me and I had to start all over again. It was very frustrating.
