What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

Exceptional Support ... Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. What do you like best? I can easily upload any type of form and start working immediately. Forms from the web, forms from vendors, Word documents, etc. I can also easily comvert to and from pdf as the form demands. Saving the document is a breeze and it is always the last form at the top when I log in again. It even reminds me if I have already started the same form again and gives me options. What do you dislike? The log-out is sometimes too quick, especially if I get interrupted on the phone. But even then, I just log back into the site and continue. Sometimes when I convert the file is in portrait or landscape, and it takes some time to change the orientation. However, once I got the hang of it, it went pretty quickly. I like the newer version better than what I used years ago. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can quickly complete forms for employment verification, DSS forms, unemployment forms, etc. I have yet to find a form I can't complete with pdfFiller. It speeds up my day and getting things accomplished as quickly as possible. It saves me, on average, 30+ minutes for each form. Thank you for making my life easier. I am always looking for things to help me help our company and pdfFiller is one such tool.
