I am very happy with this software..The Only problem I had was editing text that I had already entered. I read instructions and it seems that the only way to edit text is with the eraser, which is conveniently not included in the standard version. Correct me if I'm wrong.. Thank You

PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

Easy
I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized.
The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

Great service for price and for my budget ... will learn more option i can use ... but for now i need to transfer my doc in PDF for protecting if sent and this is perfect for me :) Thank you for affordable service :)

What does survive and not merge mean?
Any clause where a warranty or representation is made and states this warranty shall survive and not merge on the completion of the transaction means that whoever is making that warranty or representation is liable for that statement after closing is complete.
Why can I not merge on completion?
What is the meaning of the following statement: This representation and warranty shall survive and not merge on completion of this transaction. Answer: The doctrine of merger is a legal principle associated with making things simpler.
What does not merge on completion mean?
This means that following completion the parties cannot bring an action for breach of a contractual provision which has merged into the deeds from completion the rights of the parties are entirely governed by the completed deed. For this reason contracts often contain non-merger clauses.
Shall survive and not merge on completion of this transaction meaning?
Any clause where a warranty or representation is made and states this warranty shall survive and not merge on the completion of the transaction means that whoever is making that warranty or representation is liable for that statement after closing is complete.
What does merge on closing mean?
In real property law, all promises merge (i.e. end) on closing when the purchase price is paid by the buyer and the deed are delivered by the seller unless the agreement of purchase and sale otherwise provides, expressly or impliedly, or unless a new agreement is made by the parties.
