Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. it was easy to to do it. I am a pensioner and cannot keep the subscription going. Only needed it once hence opted for free trial.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is
