Learning how to use pdffiller
I'm just learning how to use pdffiller, and it's very easy to pick up. Of course, I've had to ask their tech support for help, and later discovered the answers were simple and in my face! It's all there. Tech support is great. They get back to you asap with very friendly and pertinent info.
I especially like the fact that you can create paperless docs and set them up to reuse them as templates. I think it's a great product!

Should your finger be wet or dry when putting in contacts?
Make sure your fingers are dry. REMEMBER a lens sticks to wet surfaces (like the eye) better than dry surfaces, so if your finger is too wet, it will keep sticking to your finger and when you try to put it on the eye, it won't adhere properly. Gently place the lens on the eye.
How do you stop yourself from blinking when putting in contacts?
Place your pointer finger on the upper eyelid, and the side of your thumb on the lower eyelid to gently hold open your eye. This will help you avoid blinking midstream. You may need to experiment with different positions for your helper hand to become comfortable with this approach prior to putting in the contacts.
How do I stop being scared of contacts?

Can you look away while putting in contacts?
Look Away When most people put in their contact lenses, they look straight at the finger with the contact on. This technique can work for some, but it doesn't work for everybody. With a little practice, you'll be putting your contacts in by looking away. Then place the lens on the white part of the eye.

The biggest problem with contacts is having dry eyes. We lose moisture when we wear contacts and blinking is the way your body give some rest and moisture to your eyes. But if you feel it is frequent and creating a problem you may use Genteel gel when ever you have irritation while wearing contacts.

Make sure your finger is dry as the contact lens will come off a dry finger easier than a wet finger. If the lens tends to stick to the finger instead of the cornea, lift the lens from the finger, wipe excess water off of the fingertip, replace the lens on the fingertip and proceed with insertion.

Make sure your finger is dry as the contact lens will come off a dry finger easier than a wet finger. Hold the upper lashes/lid with the hand not holding the lens. Secure the lower lid with the middle finger of the hand holding the lens. Slowly bring the lens toward your eye while looking through the lens and finger.
Why are my contact lenses not going in?
Always check to make sure your lens isn't inside out. To do this hold your lens on your finger up to a light source. If the edges of your lens flare out that means it is inside out. Some contact lenses also include laser markings, such as a brand name, around the edge to help you ensure your lens is not inside out.
