I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. PDFfiller is a very helpful tool. However, I do feel there are aspects that could be improved. For example, it would be useful to be able to fill in ovals.

I used it now for 2 forms. I like that It does everything for me..saves the document, converts to another format if I need it and easy to email out or print.

Great for businesses.
Simple, yet powerful tool for anyone who finds themselves away from their desk often. I can easily fill in text fields, E-sign and add pictures to my pdfs. I've also used it to print, email or eFax pdfs and docs.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

Awesome experience with pdffiller
My experience with pdffiller was great. After trying the app, I realised that I didn't need it. As I didn't cancel the subscription, I was charged when trial period was over. However, I sent a message to support and they were very efficient, professional, nice and helpful (Thank you, Roxie).In less than one hour I had my money back.It was one of my best experiences in these kind of situation.Thank you and congratulations to Roxie and all the team of pdffiller.You are awesome!!

It's very easy to edit and sign documents

It's a little slow to load especially with the Dropbox feature
