How PDFfiller helped me
PdfFiller has saved me alot of time and money, I've used PdfFiller to sign documents for work and get them signed. Navigating through the software is easy, it allows you to not only upload the document needed to sign but email and a host of other different options which would definetly come in handy for those who are not tech savy and up to date with using the internet that well. Pdffiller has been not only a life saver but a time and money saver too. It is great for people who may not have to sign alot of documents or have to especially with the trial thats offered. I would highly recommend trying the program out.
I love the fact that PdfFiller is easy to navigate and it helps maintain formatting which is very important to the way people retain information and it keeps it just as it should be. PDf also allows you to implement watermarks and digital signatures which are very viable in the business industry. I also love the fact that software allows you a free trial so if your not satsfied your not obligated to stick to the program.
I cant really think of any cons about Pdffiller its very easy to use and worth the price.

I am having some difficulties with the form printing properly. The formatting does not transfer for printing to landscape and thus loses portions of text contained within the form.

Can you live with someone without being on the lease?
Yes, someone can live with the tenant without being on the lease. However, it is important to distinguish the difference between a guest and a long-term guest.
Do both people need to be on the lease?
No, but a landlord usually requires that everyone who is living in a rental unit be named on the lease agreement either as a tenant or occupant. Landlords have the right to know how many people are living in the rental unit and who is living in it.
Do both people have to be on a lease?
Having everyone on the lease protects the landlord by giving him or her the ability to turn to multiple people to ensure the rent gets paid. This protects you, if you would otherwise have been the only signer. As with a roommate or co-tenant, if you don't pay your rent, the landlord can collect from that co-signer.

Generally, in our leases, anyone over 18 has to be on the lease.
How do you get a roommate not on the lease?

If you're living there without the permission of the owner you are trespassing and the penalties are different in each state. Its usually better to have a lease both for the landlord and the tenant. Every state has kind of a lease implied if you don't have one, and you may not like it.
What are your rights if you have no lease?
Yes, a landlord can evict you if there is no lease. If there is no lease, either written or oral, a landlord still can evict you. This is because the lack of a lease means that you are in a month-to-month tenancy at will and must pay rent on a monthly basis, or more frequently if you have an agreement to that effect.
How long can someone live in your apartment without being on the lease?
Any guest staying in the property more than 2 weeks in any 6-month period will be considered a tenant, rather than a guest, and must be added in the lease agreement. Landlord may also increase the rent at any such time that a new tenant is added to the lease or premise.
