I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. It was very easy and it had help listed if you needed it. So, I felt it was a great system to use and I will be using in and have used it in the past but I don't have Verizon anymore and I forgot my password. So I just created a new account.

I has made my job easier. I use numerous forms as a Clinical Manager for a Home health agency that does not utilize EMR. I am now able to fill out these forms in half the time. I don't have to look through countless paper folders to locate my forms, just locate on my desk top, complete and print!

Excellent Service
I did the 30 day trial period and was very satisfied with the process.I used the product for about 10 different documents within a 2 day period. I forgot about the trial period and was charged for an annual subscription and was emailed the confirmation. I went online and requested to cancel the subscription due to not needing the product and received the cancellation with 5 minutes, very satisfied.

Don't let the name fool you, it does so much more than allow editing
I use pdfFiller to sign agreements when I'm traveling and don't have the version of Acrobat where you can sign, on my computer. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out.
I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller
There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues.

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.
