I found that access to and filling out of standard forms was very easy. I liked that editing and saving was also easy. Being able to log on and access your work from anywhere is a bonus

What do you like best?
Changing things (like dates) on insurance forms helps us a great deal when the insurance information stays the same and only the date needs changed. (Accord forms). We don't have to completely retype an insurance renewal form. So Handy
What do you dislike?
I have helped a colleague in inputting his information on flyers that had someone else's and the eraser showed lines in the final product. I had to figure out what was going on and I figured out I could increase the eraser to remove items rather than going over it several times (like wite-out tape).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to make changes to documents that you do not want to retype over and over again, then this product is a handy tool. Also, for doing 'already-made-up-flyers' to use for yourself by adding your own information is great. I used to have to remake everything with Corel Draw. This is waaaaaaay easier!!

To modify a column, click the column in the list, click Modify, and then make the appropriate changes. Note: Some options for adding, removing, or modifying columns are available only when you publish to a SharePoint site.
View the Permissions page in SharePoint Go to the library or list and open it. Select Settings. , and then Library settings or List settings. On the Settings page, under Permissions and Management, select Permissions for this list or Permissions for this document library. Top of Page.
1)Log on to SharePoint. 2)Click Site Actions > View All Site Content. 3)Click the document library to be edited from the list of document libraries that are displayed.
Edit a document in a document library Open the document library and select the link on the file you want to edit. If the file type is supported for previewing, it will open online. If not, you'll get a download prompt. Once downloaded or opened in an online app, you can edit and save the file.
Edit the default file template Navigate to the site where your library is located. In SharePoint Server, on the ribbon, select the Library tab, then select Library Settings. Under General Settings, select Advanced settings. In the Document Template section, under the Template URL field, select Edit Template.
On the Tools menu, click Submit Options. In the Submit Options dialog box, select the Allow users to submit this form check box. Click Send form data to a single destination, and then click SharePoint document library in the list. Click Add.
Browse to the document library >> Click on “Document Library Settings” under the Library Settings group of the ribbon. Click on the “List Name, Description and Navigation” link under General Settings. Provide a new name to your list under the “Name” field. Click the Save button to commit your changes.
