For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Still getting used the program but like it a lot!
I love it -- it helped me fill in some VA medical forms and made them look very professional, plus I could go back and edit as needed. It also allows me to save, print, and email. There are many other features too!

Great User friendly Program!!
The program is very user friendly and pretty much self explanatory. However, if you do have any questions, Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful!!!! They respond quickly and walk you through any questions you have.

Gets the job done!
Amazing, all sorts of adjustments can be made (Text, highlight, signature, templates etc). User friendly and a simple enough design. Cheaper too! My only issue is internet connection, perhaps if it was available offline (I'm not sure if that's a feature or not), it would honestly replace Adobe Acrobat all together.

Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!

How do I write a notice to move out?
Dear (Name of landlord or manager), This letter constitutes my written (number of days' notice that you need to give based on your lease agreement) -day notice that I will be moving out of my apartment on (date), the end of my current lease. I am leaving because (new job, rent increase, etc.
Can a tenant change their mind after giving notice?
By law, you usually have to give notice to your landlord or property manager when you want to terminate your tenancy at a rental property. In most cases, changing your mind after giving notice puts you in a bad position, as landlords and property managers are not obligated to let you rescind your notice.
Can a tenant rescind their notice?
If you are a good tenant and have a good relationship with the landlord, he may rescind the notice and proceed as if you've never given it. Get a written confirmation of the rescinded agreement, and have the landlord sign and date it.
Can you retract tenancy notice?
Once a break notice has been served is cannot be unilaterally withdrawn. What happens when you give a 30-day notice?
The 30-day notice is unique in that it can only take effect on certain days: the rental due date during a periodic lease, or the end date of a term lease. For example, if a landlord wants the tenant to vacate on February 1st, they would need to give a 30-day notice at least 30 days before February 1st.
Can you give 30 days notice mid-month?
Thirty days is typical, but check your state law for the specific notice requirements. Unless the rental agreement specifies otherwise, notice need not be delivered on the day rent is due. If notice is given midterm, then your tenancy will run out in the middle of the next month.
