I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. Could make it a little easier to sign and save documents to your desktop, especially when you need to send signed documdents via email.

Used this program to fill out documents while purchasing my house and it was an absolute life saver! I could fill out forms on my breaks at work and being able to use it on my phone was a real asset during covid

Let me start by saying I am an older (58), computer challenged kind of a guy. That said, I have found this program pretty easy to get around. I have been able to take a form my company uses and digitize it so I can actually read the responses people are giving me!! And to be able to store them electronically for future reference.

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform.
