I tried it before purchasing. The font, tick box selection and general feel is better, in my opinion, than that I have experienced with Adobe. My abilities are significantly challenged due to illness. The PDF document that I have to use presents with problems when I run it in other edit utilities. This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.

PDFfiller is making filling out forms much more streamlined. As a non-profit organization we try to look for things make the running of it more efficient. PDFfiller has made this possible. No more trying to create the forms and fill in the tiny blocks. Just create, insert, and print.

The site was a little bit slow
The site was a little bit slow, but it had tons of useful features, and I found the user interface much more intuitive than Adobe reader. I'd recommend it to anyone.

What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)

How do I approve a certificate request?
Launch the Certificate Services snap-in (click Start, Programs, Administrative Tools, Certificate Authority). Navigate to your CA in the left pane, then expand its node. Click Pending Requests.

What does it mean to sign a certificate?
