The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

A bit difficult to navigate…
A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

Easy PDF completion app
Overall from what I've used, this has been a really great way to complete and sign documents.
I liked that you can basically fill out forms but digitally. Everything is digital these days and instead of having to download and do a bunch of cumbersome steps to complete a document, you can do it straight from the app. It's much easier and cleaner.
I wish you could edit things and make changes. If you need something changed you'd have to contact the other party and have it changed then resent. But even so it's not that big a deal and it's still a great software.

Easy to use
I have converted from our company's old way of emailing documents to print, sign, and scan back to us to digital signatures. It has made the process much easier for me and all of our new team members

How does an RMA work?
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Within a couple of clicks, you can send an RMA to your vendor with details to ensure that you get working parts or refund in exchange for returning faulty ones and add credit notes against the vendor. There are many ways in which you can draft an RMA and send it to your supplier.
How does the RMA process work?
A return merchandise authorization (RMA), return authorization (RA) or return goods' authorization (RGA) is a part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.
Does an RMA number pay for shipping?
Within the first year of the warranty, Master clock will pay for related shipping costs via prepaid ground freight. After the first year, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If a returned item is found not to be defective, a $100 analysis fee will be charged.
How do you create an RMA?
Open the order and click Action Menu > Manage RMA > Go. Create a new return by completing the required fields: Qty To Return, Reason for return, and Description. Click Continue. Optional: Add a note to the RMA and click Create Note. Optional: Add a document to the RMA by clicking Action Menu > Manage Documents > Go.
How do you RMA a Corsair RAM?
