It has been very helpful. The user interface is not difficult to navigate. I am cancelling only because I do not have the volume of documents to warrant the cost. But when this changes I will certainly return.

Its a great tool. I use it and will continue to. The price seems steep but I bought it for a year, so I guess it's in my price range. Still wish it was cheaper. I'll admit I'm a penny puncher though. So I can be a cheap one.

I like how the PDF filler has been easy to work with but I think there should be a separate cost for those of us not using the filler all the time. Its expensive at the moment for me.

PDF Filler made my job easier, I can now get out, receive and process documents in a more timely manner.

Basic but good PDF editing. Reasonable support.

Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable.
I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

What do you like best?
The ability to change/save PDF files, the online signatures, the ability to delete unwanted pages in a PDF.
What do you dislike?
The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm a CPA and I can easily type important forms for federal and state governments to keep them professional and easy to read.

Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.

Well , I'm learning
Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. Do you go back to work the day your sick note ends?

You may need to wait until the day or the day before your sick note actually runs out before getting it extended. Ring them up again and if necessary cry down the phone at them.
