easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need
the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat
does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

Easy to use and easy to understand format, it made me feel like a pro lol, and I love the feature of being able to download your copies to your computer in either a PDF or a Word file, personally I dislike PDF files but if you have to send or receive them this is the perfect tool to do it with. Have already recommended it to several friends and family.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

"Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller has enabled us to go paperless thanks to its editing and pre-fill capacity. It also helps us in not printing the PDF file when soft files can be edited with pdfFiller.

pdfFiller is mostly used for editing PDF documents, signing important contracts, emails, training PDF files, filling up Tax PDF files, employment agreement without having to print it.

PDF Filler is an easy way to find and download documents. However, being in South Africa and having to pay in US $ is just too expensive.

What is normal settlement?

A general rule is 75% to 100% higher than what you would actually be satisfied with. For example, if you think your claim is worth between $1,500 and $2,000, make your first demand for $3,000 or $4,000. If you think your claim is worth $4,000 to $5,000, make your first demand for $8,000 or $10,000.
What is a reasonable settlement offer?
A Calder bank offer is an offer of settlement made by one party to another in an attempt to resolve the dispute. It must be a genuine compromise open for a reasonable period of time. An important feature of a Calder bank offer is that it is made 'without prejudice save as to costs'.
