I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. As with many other computer related things we need to keep trying. I am not used to doing things a certain way which may work wonderfully for others and they can't understand my way.

extremely convenient and fairly easy to use, but i need to find time to sit down and learn more features other than just filling out forms and signing them. I think the vvalue of a yearly subscription is very good.

Really helps me with any random form that comes my way. I hated printing out, filling out by hand and scanning. This keeps it simple and discreet! Easy to get people to fill out forms, too.

I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

This product is fantastic!
It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look.
It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team.
The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done.
The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

It was fast, easy and extremely self explanatory. I actually signed up for it because it was worth it. I recommend it to anyone who needs access to documents quickly. There was also a plethora of different forms to choose from.
