Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

Overall this software has made is easier to get paperwork to my clients and have the fill in and sign online.
This software is great for my business. I can easily send over pdf files and they can fill them our and sign all online. It is convenient and easy to use.
This software performs well and there is nothing negative to report. It is a great way for clients to file out paperwork and sent back to me when they are finished.

My overall satisfaction about that app is a lot, it's just great tool for everyone, for students and also employees as well, at any time people can make change in their document and send it wherever it's needed.
That's basically great app, because you can solve all document issues in one app, scanning, adding image to the document putting dates, even signature, saving as pdf, or word or excel, sending to email, printing and etc. which help users to save more time.
I remember I faced problem while logging in, actually I think to login for that kind of program is something extra.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. I signed up for a trial and forgot that…
I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.
