I had the wrong EIN number on a…
I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

One of the better document editing apps available
Allows you to go completely paperless. Create pdf files from Excel, Word, etc. Merge or split different files. Offers electronic signatures. Easy to operate. Can track if the document has been viewed.
The app does what it says it does but in order to use more advanced features and options, the cost can get expensive.

This has been a very pleasant surprise as I am a avid &somewhat devoted Adobe Acrobat user &didn't think that there existed any other app that could even come anyway close in performance, features &value to what has long been the industry standard for me...They created PDF file format..but PDFfiller has made working with them much more user-friendly &intuitive. Using the two in tandem has been both very eye-Opening ,&productive!!!

Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.

Can you close with an open permit?
Q. Who is responsible to close an open permit? Open permits can be grounds for the title company to balk or the lender to renege on financing. Uncovering open permits and closing them typically falls on the shoulders of the SELLER but may not be written in a standard contract.
Can you sell a home with open permits?
So-called “open” permits can cause headaches for owners who are selling or financing their property. While title searches disclose encumbrances such as liens, mortgages, easements and restrictions, they do not disclose open permits, which must be independently searched at the local government.
Can I buy a house with open permits?
It is not unusual for sophisticated purchasers and lenders to require that all open permits be closed as a condition to their acquisition or financing of property, and this practice is becoming more common. If open permits are discovered late in the closing process, the owner may not have enough time to address them.
Can you sell a home with permitted work?
It's possible for sellers who find permitted construction work to sell the home as-is. Sellers do not have to admit to a buyer or the city that there's permitted work done on the home, but they are required to answer buyer's questions honestly.

What does it mean to have an open permit?

How do I check if I have an open permit?
Go to Online services and then PIGS (property information verification). Enter the address, then click on Find, and all the permits issued (or holds on the property) will appear.
Can you look up permits on a house?
Looking up Old Permits If you would like to learn more about a house that you recently purchased, you can head to the records office and obtain copies of any building permits issued for the house. You only need to prove that you are the owner of the home, and you'll have access that all that information.
