EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. the storage of files was a bit of a issue. every time i needed to look at the files i would need a code, a bit time consuming but otherwise a good product.

Very good to be able to edit pdfs, though it is still a fairly clunky procedure. But for a free download you can't complain.

I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents.

That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge

Works Perfectly!
I don't typically need a lot of editing, but what I do need this service does perfectly. No guessing about what you need to do like with some other apps, and although I do sort of enjoy the uncertainty of wondering whether things will actually edit or not pdfFiller has definitely helped me be more productive.
