Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged but my man Kurt came to rescue and flawslessly handle the support. In no time I was refunded even tho the mistake was on my side. I didnt need pdfFiller now but in the future. Thats the solution I would pick with no doubt.

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.
