What do you like best?
The interface of PDFfiller is simple and intuitive. I think that most people can sign up and start using PDFfiller without having to spend much time figuring things out. Once we load a PDF into the system, there are straightforward menu items and labels that help to fill out virtually any form from start to finish. I can save to PDF format with my filled-in information or print right from the PDFfiller website.

Anytime I post my information online, I get apprehensive about how my data is being used. Though I'm sure PDFfiller probably takes measures to keep our uploaded and saved documents secure, I just never know with all the malware and server attacks that often occur, in general.

Some people probably don't want to hassle with putting their documents through a digitized system, but I think once you upload one form to PDFfiller, you'll see how intuitive the entire process and may possibly not print out documents to fill them out anymore.

PDFfiller Review
Our forms are more professional looking and neater, if this was not easy to use it wouldn't be worth the time but almost any fillable form is either tied to this program or easy to download and complete.
I just tripped across this site last year and needed a vehicle to download lots of forms that needed filling
and I like the professional look over filling with ink. This product works great for all that. Easy to load doc's and use and save.
Struggle to get lettering the right size sometimes.

Amazing easy and reliable
Intuitive and logical to use. Makes my life 10x easier when sending documents. As a doctor I am constantly sending documents and anything to make this easier is worth it.
The time for loading and processing. A little cluttered and busy the interface. It would better if it were free.

I used the *** filler and editing program for about a year. It was great and easy to use on a daily basis! Unfortunately, I no longer need to use this program since I have changed jobs. I was not able to access my account in order to cancel my subscription. But, the customer support team was very responsive and helpful. They helped me cancel my subscription on the same day that I submitted the request. Excellent service! Thank you!

Ive only completed 3 documents on this program so far but I love it. Font matches, text replacement is flawless, resizing is super easy, this is the first time out of all pdf editor programs that Ive ever used that I really enjoy and would recommend all day

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. This program is amazing. It is so easy to add images and text to existing pdf files not to mention how fast it is. I needed to add my logos and information to my suppliers product pdfs and this saved me a lot of time and got the job done! Thanks!

Can a contract be open-ended?
Open-ended agreements are usually agreements that do not have an end date or end resolution tied to the contract itself. Since there is no set end to the contract, this leaves the contract open for both parties in case things change, and one of the parties quits or is terminated by the other party.
Is an open-ended contract the same as a permanent contract?
An open-ended contract is defined in law as, a contract of employment that is not fixed-term. Such contracts may also have been known as permanent, indefinite or continuing contracts where there is no fixed end date.
What is an open-ended contract?
Open-Ended Agreement Definition: Thus, an open-ended agreement is an agreement or contract which does not have an ending date but which will continue for as long as certain other conditions, identified in the agreement, exist. Many employment contracts are open-ended in that they are not for a set period of time.
What is a permanent contract?
A permanent contract is the most common type of employment, an indefinite contract whereby you are employed by the company until such time as the employer or the employee no longer wish to work there. All permanent contracts must include a Principal Statement, detailing the following: Your name and your employer's name.
What is the difference between contract and permanent job?
Contract tends to mean a definite term of work period yet often extendable and frequently without benefits but depends on project where benefits may be included. Permanent tends to be for an indefinite period with benefits yet depends on right to work states and can be easily released due to various conditions.
Is your verbal agreement open-ended?
An open-ended agreement, however, is not always in writing or in written contract form. Sometimes open-ended agreements are verbal agreements between two parties. Within the contract itself, it will outline the expectations of the employer and employee, including amount of payment and when it will be paid.
Does a contract need to have an end date?
English law contracts can (and often are) open-ended. No specific end date is required. When drafting an open-ended contract, be sure to provide for no-fault termination rights for each party.
Is a contract without an end date valid?
For a contract to be valid, it must contain details of the agreement and contain the signatures of both parties. Legally, a date is not required. If there is an expected timeline, but a listed date is not on the contract, it is not considered enforceable.
