What do you like best?
I love that I can make any document filler-friendly. My handwriting is atrocious. I've completed applications, tax forms, and more. I love that I can move my text around. Love that I can easily insert check marks.

Sometimes I struggle a bit with saving my documents. I sometimes want to save one as a blank and one as a completely filled form.

The most desirable feature of this application is the time that it saves on recurrent clinical and axillary paperwork for my clients

It is easy, so relax and just do what you need to do.

The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.

Does a DOT number expire?
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires all entities under its jurisdiction to update their information every two years.
Does Us dot number expire?
The expired form will no longer be accepted by the FMCSA Contact Center after 11/8/2019.
Do you have to renew your dot number?
You are required to provide this update every two years even if your company has not changed its information, has ceased interstate operations since the last update, or is no longer in business, and you did not notify FMCSA.
What does an inactive dot number mean?
An Inactive US DOT Number status means the number has been suspended or deactivated. ... A commercial motor vehicle providing transportation in interstate commerce must not be operated without a US DOT Registration and an active US DOT Number.
