I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.

I looked through all of the court libraries, many online results, etc to find what I needed to represent myself in court against my ex to defend my parenting rights, and this was the only place a found the form I needed, that was writable and downloadable. What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing

It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.
