I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. PDF Filler has wonderful customers service. They provide a very extensive service and if I ever need such a comprehensive program again they will be whom I will sign up with. They took care of my needs and quickly helped me when I needed some extra help.

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

Easy to execute the changes needed without much instruction. Saving in the pdf filler on One Drive was slow (undoubtedly Microsoft's problem).
