That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.

That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.

How do I email a PDF that is too large?
1. Zip It. If you need to send a huge file, or lots of little files, one neat trick is to simply compress the file. This means, you're sending the actual PDF or PSD, or whatever, but you're compressing the data so that the file size is smaller.
How do I reduce the size of a PDF file, so I can email it?
Click the “Tool”>”Optimize PDF”. Here, you can choose three options for how to make a PDF smaller to email. Choose between Low, medium, and high compression.
