I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I will be happy to do a survey in a month or two.

I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the support team and received their response very swiftly. I think it is good however I already see methods to improve it. I desire to fax a smart folder of documents I already created. This would be a facilitate faster communication of information as opposed to finding out how to merge the documents and then fax the complete file. All in all, I like the platform. If you may obtain DocuSign options, it would be nice long term perhaps. Many corporations and companies like to use DocuSign.

How do I force notifications?
Go to settings. Click on 'Sounds and Notifications' under Device settings. Scroll down, and you will find 'App notifications'. Click on that. Over here you can select the apps and enable 'Set as priority' to show the notifications from these apps first on the notification bar.
How do I get rid of a notification that won't go away?
Try to swipe across the notification to get rid of it. Tap the cog to the see the app's notification settings. You can turn off notifications for this app by tapping the switch. If you want to change the notification without completely removing it, tap More settings.

Why do I have a notification on Settings won't go away?
Once you've turned off iCloud Backup, go back to device' home screen, the notification badge from the Settings icon should disappear. If not, try a restarting the phone.
