it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

Finally! A way for me to fill things out properly without printing!
I am very happy so far with this experience because not only does it allow me to fill out pdf's online and not waste paper and look unprofessional, it allows me to CREATE a pdf in the exact manner that I want it to look. I will use it for some of my professional documents on a regular basis!

Amazing product and service
Amazing product and service. I had an issue with their billing, and it was literally resolved in 2 mins! No kidding. The product is also really useful if you have to deal with PDFs frequently.
