With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. This is a very convenient service, I loved that I could prepare my documents and save them to come back for any necessary changes. Also, how nice it is to get all the forms I need in one spot without having to search around on different websites. Thumbs up from me:)

After I downloaded the program, I realized the price was going to be $19.99 a month. That seems pretty pricey. I am going to speak with finance and see what converter I can purchase. I am impressed with your application and customer service and will keep it in mind when making a decision.

Before I got PDFfiller, I couldn't figure out how to add text to PDFs. I work for myself and am required to add information to certain PDFs. I am no longer struggling and frustrated. It is very easy to use and well worth the year's subscription.

I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

Like most of the features, I would like it if I could make boundaries and then just fill in the inside of the shape that I make like the old-school paint application.

Professional Done (save money)
