My wife had some US Government forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Because of her medical condition, she couldn't fill them out longhand, and she asked me if there was a way she could type and fill them in. We couldn't find access to a typewriter (WHAT'S THAT???), but I searched on Google and found information about your app. I had worked with some PC-based forms applications before, so I knew what type of function I was looking for. I scanned the forms into a PDF, and PDFfiller opened the files and allowed me to create editable fields on the forms which she then filled using your browser-based app. It got the job done! There were a couple times where she thought she had lost everything, but because of the automatic save function, nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I don't have any other immediate need for this, but I certainly hope you use this for promoting your product. I would have given it 5 stars had there been an apparent way of copying all the fields I added to one page and paste them onto identical subsequent pages in my document (you know the Government--lots of duplicate type information!). I had to create the same fields over about 8 or 9 identical pages on one of the forms. If I find I do have more use for this app in the near future, I will purchase it!

This is my first time trying some advanced features of pdffiller and I'm pleasantly surprised at all that I'm able to accomplish. I just created a team and pdffiller is worth the cost. We are so much better than before. Thank you pdffiller!

Just what I was looking for! Affordable. Easy to use website because it's user-friendly. I went ahead and got the year subscription because I was very satisfied. The only issue I had was enlarging my signature to use it. But that might be my own human error.

How do you copy and paste highlighted text in PDF?
highlight some text.
Right-click on the document and click Select Tool.
Select the (highlighted) text you want to copy.
Ctrl+C to copy.
Paste it anywhere, e.g. in Word.
How do I export highlighted text from a PDF?
To export highlighted text in a PDF to a file you will first need to turn on Copy text to note and then highlight your document. Afterwards the highlighted text can be exported to various formats. Note: This will only work for new annotations going forward. This will not export current existing annotations.
How do I export highlights from a PDF?
Go to File menu and then select Export PDF with Annotations. A pop-up window will prompt you to select if you'd like to export the PDF contents with the notes and highlights, or just the notes. Once you've made your choice, click OK and select the location and name you'd like to save the file.
How do you view highlights in a PDF?
View all the highlights in a PDF Choose View > Highlights and Notes (so Highlights and Notes has a checkmark next to it). Each section of highlighted text appears in the sidebar.
Can you copy and paste from a PDF?
Copy specific content from a PDF Right-click the selected item, and choose Copy. The content is copied to the clipboard. In an application, choose Edit > Paste to paste the copied content.
How do you copy from a PDF when it is not allowed?
Select the option “Single PDF Document Security” and push the button “Next >”
Click “Browse” button to open a PDF file will bee enabled copy/paste.
Check “Enable Copying of content”, and click “Save” or “Save as ...” button to allow copying permission in the PDF file.
Can you copy and paste from a scanned document?
When a PDF is scanned or photo copied into a PDF, it is essentially a picture any text within that PDF cannot be copied or changed. However, using an OCR program or online service you can convert text contained in an image or PDF into text that can be copied and edited.
How do I copy and paste from a scanned PDF?
Drag your mouse cursor over the text you would like to copy (it can be a single word, a sentence or a whole paragraph). Press Ctrl+C to copy the selected text to the clipboard. Open the word processor of your choice and press Ctrl+V (on Windows) or Command+V (on Mac) to paste the text from clipboard.
