I use a Chromebook. I joined a Chromebook forum And PDFfiller came highly recommended when I needed to send a fax, fast. I was very impressed with the ease of transferring a PDF file and faxing it with a few very easy steps. I've since needed it again and to happy that I had it. I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

"My Blessing" I was drawn to the site which offered thirty day sampling with no cost doing so. Very impress with the ease of functionally of the system, not being that verse on this type of technology. It was fairly simple figuring it out, my one time project was successful. Many of my fellow parishioners was impress not only with the information but the presentation the online template allowed. Finally there was the necessity of sharing my document that to was done with much ease. This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

PDFfiller has great customer support PDFfiller offers a great service, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it enough. But that truly sets this business apart from the competition is their customer service.
