On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. Very good experience and removed my frustration. Thank you.

The tools are easy to find in PDF filler.

It is sometimes difficult to execute certain tasks when the pre-highlighted boxes appear.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. It is a helpful tool for a job that requires me to fill out many PDF documents.

PDF Filler service and support!
The actual service platform is fantastic, but their customer support is also top notch. One of their service agents, Kara, took care of an issue I was having within moments, and all done in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Kudos to Kara! ;-)

Most of our Company Documents are shared in .pdf format so having the ability of edit them without the need to print out and then fill them in is my reason for the 5 star rating. The interface is simple to understand and easy to navigate.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do...
It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

This app is not flooded with ads and/or private tools as far as I could check
I just needed to merge stuff and this website (didn't know it, it just popped after a simple search) showed me tutorials for all the tools they have to make my documents complete and personalized as needed. I am here because we live in an era where an app that does not flood you with advertisement and charge your for each tool available calling some of them 'premium' or 'plus' or 'pro max' is RARE. I want to be explicitly thankful about this. Useful for the purpose of being useful. Didn't believe stuff like this existed anymore.
