Once I became familiar with the input it was pretty easy to use. However trying to Print was difficult. The on-line help didn't suggest using the DONE button!

I was able to contact online support and she helped me retrieve my file I am forever grateful. This forms take forever to fill out already and then to loose it. I was very happy. Thank you Elie

Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.
